Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on robitro.eu and is written in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and German consumer protection law (BGB). As a consumer in the EU, you have important statutory rights which this policy upholds.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Statutory Right)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods or accepted the service, without needing to give a reason โ in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and ยง 355 BGB.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly before the 14-day deadline:
You may use the following model withdrawal statement (not mandatory): "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for [product/course], ordered on [date], received on [date]."
2. Physical Kits โ Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, components, and documentation.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@robitro.eu with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.
- We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty or damaged goods: If your kit arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund at your choice, as required by EU consumer warranty law (2-year statutory guarantee under EU Directive 1999/44/EC).
3. Digital Courses โ Refunds
For digital content (courses, videos, downloadable materials), the following applies under EU law:
- If you have NOT started the course: You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If you HAVE started the course: By beginning the course, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the digital service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires at that point, as per Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and ยง 356 Abs. 5 BGB. No refund will be issued.
- Exception: If the digital content is defective (e.g. videos do not load, content is inaccessible), we will provide a remedy or a proportional refund. Contact us within 14 days of discovering the defect.
4. Subscriptions and Bundles
- Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
- Bundle purchases (kit + course) are treated according to the policy applicable to each component separately.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Digital courses or content where access has been commenced.
- Physical kits that have been opened, assembled, or used (unless faulty).
- Processing fees charged by our payment provider (these are non-refundable by the provider).
- Custom or personalised orders, where stated at time of purchase.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (except where a defect is discovered later within the statutory 2-year guarantee period).
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card or other method used at checkout) within 5โ10 business days of approval. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
